Exposes the truth.
He Wakaputanga overrides Te Tiriti. From our research we have not found any proof that Te Tiriti was ratified in the British Parliament. Te Tiriti wa used to usurp the Chiefs sovereign declaration of independence under He Wakaputanga. Maori have a solid record of hundreds of years of occupation, practice of their customary laws and belief as well as naming and identifying thousands of plant and bird and animal species, naming geographical features and places of occupation, food growing and gathering, cultural expressions and works of art that define their indigineity to the NZ. The issue is whether those who came after Maori were recognised as an independent people can accept that the constitutional jurisdiction of He Wakaputanga makes all New Zealanders tangata whenua people of the land. For those including Maori who are not under the jurisdiction of He Wakaputanga first nation’s law these cannot claim tangata whenua status, but instead remain employees of the unlawful NZ defacto government crown corporation.
How will they be arrested?
