Te Huringa o te Rangimarie

Transformation of Peace

Huringa in te reo, Maori language denotes significant change as in transformation that impacts many peoples lives for better or worse. By adding the change sought in this case peace, transformation becomes one of peace. He Wakaputanga 1835, Declaration of Independence has constituted a life of unity, independence, freedom, peace and prosperity and protection for Maori and Pakeha, Kiwis and tauiwi (lawful immigrants) to pursue. Such objectives are defined in the four articles of He Wakaputanga as sovereign authoritative orders of enactment by Te Wakaminenga o Te Rangatiratanga, the Congress of the Confederation of Chiefs, now known as the Wakaminenga National Congress. Peace, therefore is the imperative for transformation.

Moving Forward With Purpose To Te Kitenga, The Vision

We are aiming towards Te Kitenga/The Vision of a future where all New Zealanders are under Atua Ture meaning God’s divine law, the law of Tikanga and governance founded in 1835 on the law of He Wakaputanga to be revitalised as government of the people, by the people for the all the people.

There is an agreed need to facilitate the transformation from the current state of affairs (the unlawful corporate government system) to the idealised future, the stages of these being:

  • The Awakening
  • The Rising
  • The Transformation
  • The Continuation

These are the four stages that move us forward to our goal to achieve the ultimate of being healthy, wealthy and wise. Expressed in te reo Maori as Orangatanga (healthy), Puawaitanga (wealthy, to flourish, prosper and thrive), and Mohiotanga (to be knowledgeable and wise)

Tikanga is Expressed as

  • Tika – To be Correct or Righteous in all we do
  • Pono – To be honest and true
  • Aroha – To show love and compassion

The bible teachings of Jesus were embraced by the native Maori Chiefs and their peoples on a significant scale, most of them had converted to Christianity prior to 1835, https://teara.govt.nz/en/missions-and-missionaries/page-5

Tikanga is synonmous with the teachings of Jesus. His greatest commandment of all is expressed in Mark 12: 28-34, to love God with all your heart, body and soul and to love your neighbour as yourself, (New International Version NIV). The following is Jesus’s superlative teaching of this commandment;

28 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[a] 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[b] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[c] There is no commandment greater than these.”32 “Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33 To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”34 When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.

In Mathew 22:37-40 (KJV) 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment.39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The Fraud of the Treaty of Waitangi

“The Treaty of Waitangi was a failed attempt to take away the sovereignty of New Zealand, therefore the inescapable conclusion in law is that the legal document of precedence in New Zealand is He Wakaputanga and nothing about that has changed in anyway at all”, written by Christopher Finlayson Attorney General, head of law of the New Zealand government in the Ngapuhi Wai claim 1040, Te Paparahi o Te Raki which has since been deleted out of the the online report according to a former manager of the defacto New Zealand parliament who now advises the Wakaminenga Maori Government on He Wakaputanga historical and contemporary evidence. The final outcome of the Waitangi Tribunal Wai 1040 report concluded that the Chiefs never ceded sovereignty on signing the Treaty/Te Tiriti o Waitangi, summarised in a letter written by presiding judge for the Wai 1040 claim, Judge Craig Coxhead to the Minister of Maori Development, Te Ururoa Flavell. https://forms.justice.govt.nz/search/Documents/WT/wt_DOC_85648980/Te%20Raki%20W.pdf, pages 21 – 23 of 600

Sovereignty and Human Rights Under Threat

Almost 200 years after the Declaration of He Wakaputanga the Chiefs vision for the future of New Zealand has dramatically altered. Today we are witnessing global totalitarianism and tyranny on a monumental scale orchestrated by the UN, the WHO and the World Economic Forum (WEF). The goal of these unelected bureucrats is to disempower nations of their human rights and national sovereignty. Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), transgenderism and the new green deal Zero carbon are the idealogical tools, with the assistance of mainstream media used by these bureacrats to attack our human rights and traditional values of religion, male and female of two sexes, the nuclear family, independence, working for a living, national patriotism and loyalty to one’s country and choosing our best leaders to uphold our sovereignty and human rights. The 2020 Covid false pandemic initiatiated by the WHO is a global program of control and unequivical limitation on humanity through the use of the disease carrying Covid19 experimental mRNA drug causing unprecendented disruption, suffering, harm and death to thousands of New Zealanders. The facts of the Covid 19 scamdemic are proven in researched based evidential reports written by expert health professionals and published in reputable medical journals and other reputable publications that are now readily available to the public online. Secretary of Health and Human Services (HSS) USA, Robert J F Kennedy,Jnr recently changed health policy to exclude children and pregnant women from the Covid 19 mRNA experimental drug. It is the view of Wakaminenga Maori Government that he has not gone far enough. Banning of the Covid 19 mRNA drug should be the ultimate goal within the least possible timeframe. However, Robert J F Kennedy, Jnr is to be congratulated for this bold move.

NZ Goverment Signs WHO Pandemic Treaty

With the New Zealand defacto Government having signed up to the WHO pandemic treaty, this now determines what our future will be if we allow such a future to occur. Rather than upholding our human rights and national sovereignty, New Zealand politicians have chosen to act as agents on behalf of the UN, WHO and WEF and have executed a massive redistribution of wealth and power to elite corporations and unelected bureucrats that was once the domain of the middle-class working men and women of New Zealand. This is nothing short of the weaponisation of our health, endless interference in our health sovereignty and the proliferation of the mRNA synthetic drugs and gene technology, i.e GMO development by the New Zealand defacto government, https://www.legislation.govt.nz/bill/government/2024/0110/latest/whole.html

Transforming a Tribal Society

190 years ago He Wakaputanga was declared to transform a tribally based society into a united, coherent form of governance in order that, a court of justice be establised to prosecute crimes of known criminals arrivng amongst settlers and traders, end hostilites between tribes, participate in international and domestic trade and international relations. Nu Tireni, New Zealand would therefore be a country where one could live in freedom, peace, security and prosperity with responsibility, produce goods and services, possess their own piece of paradise, with provision for larger estates to provide for farming, factories and physical infrastructure. Settlers and traders arriving in New Zealand from 28 October 1835 the date of the Declaration of He Wakaputanga would be protected under tikanga ture, the customary law of atawhaitanga (article 4, He Wakaputanga) and would integrate into He Wakaputanga not withstanding that they would bring their own peaceful customs with them to remind them of their ancestral heritage.

The Chiefs of the Confederation expressed grand sentiments in He Wakaputanga describing their vision for New Zealand in the following ways “we are an independent (free) and prosperous economy”, “we are are a Sovereign Te Wakaminenga o Te Rangatiratanga, of the Congress of the Confederation of Chiefs and heads of tribes, peoples governing body over all the territories of New Zealand with authority and powers, declared to reside exclusively in the hereditary chiefs and heads of tribes, peoples of the United Tribes of New Zealand “we frame our own laws”, “we possess our own justice system”, we govern in peace and good order”, “we regulate our trade, “we extend an invitation to the Southern Tribes to join our great Commonwealth of Nu Tireni”, “we protect the Pakeha people and lawful immigrants by way of our custom of atawhaitanga”, “we petition King William of the British Monarchy to be a protector (matua) for us in our inexperienced statehood (tamarikitanga) lest our authority and leadership be ended (whakakahoretia to matau Rangatiratanga)”. Their vision was one of unity, independence, freedom, peace, prosperity, protection and health and well being with the caveat or tikanga of personal responsibility.

What Will We Do with Our Sovereign Rights?

Now that we know we possess inviolable sovereign rights and independence under He Wakaputunga the big question is; What will we do with these rights? Will New Zealanders choose the fate of the pandemic treaty? Or will we choose to transform to changes promised under our lawful constitution of He Wakaputanga? We hope you will agree that supporting Te Huringa o Te Rangimarie, Transformation of Peace is a the rightful and rational choice for all New Zealanders. To make this happen membership must grow exponentially, members therefore are encouraged to invite family, friends and colleagues to transition to the He Wakaputanga jurisdiction in order for them to access this transformation of peace.
