NZTSOS AND NZDSOS lose in NZ Government Court of Appeal, Dismissed in Supreme Court

Health Sovereignty Founded on He Wakaputanga

The rejection of appeals brought on behalf of teachers and health practioners by the high court, court of appeal and supreme courts of NZ upholds that vaccine mandates can be enforced has plunged both professions into a state of hopelessness, (see link attached above.)

Such a decision is a serious breach of our first nation unextinguished, supreme law of He Wakaputanga.

The NZ Courts, the Government that legislates for them and, indeed the NZ parliament are unlawful entities across the board since:

He Wakaputanga 1835 Article 2 upholds that:

2 (i)sovereignty in New Zealand is declared to reside entirely and exclusively in the hereditary chiefs and heads of tribes in their collective capacity

2(ii) who also declare that they will not permit any legislative authority separate from themselves in their collective capacity to exist, nor any function of government to be exercised within the said territories (of NZ added) unless by persons appointed by them, and acting under the authority of laws regularly enacted by them in Congress (Wakaminenga) assembled.

While the significance and lawfulness of HW article 2 is lost on most New Zealanders, both Maori and Pakeha are studiously ignored by the de facto parliament, it is, was, and will forever be, the true foundation of law in our country.

The authority of the chiefs and leaders of the Wakaminenga Nu Tireni, otherwise known today as the Wakaminenga National Congress, was restored and revitalised in the early 1980s in Waitangi by the Wakaminenga Sovereign National Council.  This is the true authoritative sovereign body of Te Wakaminenga for which the Wakaminenga Maori Government acts to administer our first nation constitutional law founded on He Wakaputanga.

The NZ Government may state there are guarantees of freedoms and rights through Acts such as the NZ Bill of Rights Act (BORA) but the decision given above and the updated Pandemic Response Plan clearly and starkly indicates otherwise.

Freedom Through He Wakaputanga

Only He Wakaputanga restored and revitalised to it’s pre treaty status of Divine law, Ture Tikanga (Customary Law) recognises and offers real sovereign rights for Maori, Pakeha and legal immigrants. All New Zealanders may choose to transition to the He Wakaputanga jurisdiction in order to create a separate economic, social and political system that upholds their rights to health sovereignty, justice, access to land and resources and the protection of these through a decentralised system of governance devolved to the people to manage within their declared and proclaimed areas of occupation. To join go to www.govt.maori.nz

Alternatively, they can choose to remain with the entity that is unlawful and seeks to promote further use of vaccines that are anything but ‘safe and effective’.

When our esteemed education and health professionals are denied health sovereignty, the principles of divide and conquer make inevitable that what is applied to one section of society will be imposed on the rest of us, denying this most basic of human rights. No man, entity or system should take this right from us.

There is no alternative but to reject such tyranny and create a system that puts human rights at the apex of our existence followed by our religious, economic and political freedoms. Fortunately for New Zealand our visionary ancestors both Maori and Pakeha collaborated together in 1835 to establish formal constitutional governance that would open the pathway to a prosperous and free nation, article 1 HW.  While this has not been possible with the imposition of the treaty by the British Crown to steal our sovereignty it never-the-less is possible now.

The Wakaminenga Maori Government has been working diligently to deliver to all New Zealanders the He Wakaputanga jurisdiction.  To bring its rights and empowerment to the people within the independent self-governing model of hapu and community alliance known as the Wakaminenga National Congress.  The National Congress is formed from the leaders of independent self-governing regional entities known as Minenga who make their own local laws and organise and manage their own economic and governing systems in accordance with He Wakaputanga.

To assist the National Wakaminenga and regional Minenga to get off the ground Wakaminenga Maori Government has developed a model of society to establish government of the people by the people for the people, an alternative governance and economic system available under the He Wakaputanga jurisdiction. Models of trade and supporting financial systems, health protection services, land retention, education, law and protection, online secure systems, energy resource, scaled down rules and regulations, access to housing and supporting financial services free of compounding interest freeing borrowers from long term debt free slavery entrapment. Included is debt free delivery of infrastructure both national and regional with built in maintenance and replacement features as well as culture, the arts and language Such models operate around the world and are successful in their implementation. Our vision correlates to three important tikanga principles “Ma Te Tika, Ma Te Pono, Ma Te Aroha ka riro ai matou” translated as “by Righteousness, Truth and Love we will succeed”. With these biblical and customary principles and our constitution of He Wakaputanga framing our alternative society we are not bound to accept the hopeless situation that has been forced upon our country by decisions meted out by the NZ government courts.  A situation that has enslaved and entrapped New Zealanders since the signing of the unlawful treaty, tiriti of 1840.

October Significant in World History for Freedom

October is a significant month historically for freedom.  23rd October 1956 is when the Hungarian Revolution against communism started and on 23rd October 1989 their Parliament abolished the communist constitution and initiated a free one.  Their decision to open the border to Austria allowed East Germans to flee the regime that had the Stasi and Berlin Wall at its heart and contributed greatly to the toppling of these tyrannies.

28th October is the Commemoration Day for the signing of He Wakaputanga and should be a cause for celebration.  Less well known is that on 28th October 1647 in Putney, London ordinary common people started debating what government for the people by their elected representatives should be with the principles of government by consent and equality under the law of clearly established, principles. The Americans would later develop the American Constitution in 1788 that would ultimately guide our forebears when they agreed to He Wakaputanga.

So do not be discouraged by the actions of the unlawful NZ government acting only with ‘acquired’ authority.  Get active with other WMG members and make the jurisdiction that recognises and celebrates our freedoms for all New Zealanders to aspire to join. 1. I could’ve predicted that the Crown would never allow the concerns of our doctors and teachers to take precedence over their own desire to stay in control. I wonder when our poor doctors and teachers, and everyone else, are going to realise that they can safely walk away from the Crown jurisdiction (corporate contract law) into the true, lawful jurisdiction, and start creating our common existence along lines they intuitively know to be correct, as you have described here – Tika – Righteousness; Pono – to be Truthful and Honourable; and Aroha – to do what you do out of Love and Compassion for others.

  2. So exciting to see the support systems being developed further towards us all ‘Living the dream”.

What is great also is that https://tikangatrade.org is for all tangata members, whether you have a service/business or not.
It is an opportunity for everyone to buy and sell with the protection of He Wakaputanga.
It will be wonderful to see this grow and offer protection for everyone.
